November 12th 1750 (time) Dark and raining. 51 year old male cyclist was traveling east on E Wilson St. Failed to yield at stop sign and was hit by motorist heading north on Ingersoll St. Taken to Meriter for non incapacitating injuries. Cyclist cited for failure to stop at stop sign and not having lights. As a reminder, this is what happened a few blocks from there in the summer of 2009 June 26, 2009 1948 (time) Light and dry 45 year old male cyclist was traveling east bound on E Wilson St. Failed to yield at stop sign- hit by a motorist heading north on Ingersoll St. and was killed.
