Well, B-cycle isn't really geared toward the diehard Madisonian bikers, so I'm 
not sure how helpful our input would have been. Just a thought.

Are they asking, or telling?  Who approved the first sites that are already in 
place? 


I'm not sure I disagree with the sites, but I think input from the biking 
community would have been really helpful.
