Here's what I sent "Report a Problem." Maybe if several people who've had to dismount and carry your bike on the ice-covered and hazardous place where the snow movers, probably contractors, blocked the path, complain, maybe we'll get some resolution:
whoever is "clearing" the snow has pushed the snow into the way of the path that allows a bike to get from the Yahara bike path into the parking lot that continues behind the Washington Square building and at Dickinson becomes East Mifflin. This is a heavily bike corridor and should not be blocked.
