The Blackhawk Path extension to Whitney Way was supposed to be done this
year, but it didn't happen. My last understanding was that the railroad
was being difficult. I'll try to get an update.

The path will be extended to Whitney Way, which is the first phase of
a long-term plan to extend it all the way to Middleton. Second is that
a dedicated bicycle left turn lane will be added to east bound Old
Middleton at Eau Claire. I'll check to find out whether these items
have been designed yet and whether there are other improvements
planned. If you have suggestions, please let me know.
