Does anyone know what is going on in front of the Kohl Center on Dayton St? They've eradicated the WB bike lane, removed the center turn lane, and appear to have striped a combo bike/parking lane. It doesn't look to be related to the construction going on there - I think it was thermoplastic and definitely permanent.
