Hello all: As Robbie notes, she, and a good segment of the bikies network, were members of the advisory committee. As MPO chair, I insisted on this. The original staff recommendation was to have daytime meetings to accommodate a staff-heavy lineup of members. That group became the technical advisory committee while the policy committee met evenings and had a citizen-heavy lineup.
I don't know that it has to be adopted tonight and we are open to comments. Nonetheless, a flurry of comments to the effect of "the plan is flawed! why wasn't I consulted!" the day it is to be voted on does not fairly represent the steps that led to this day. Beginning in February 2014, we sought bikies input, at my insistence.
