Interesting. I have my IMAPdir/INBOX symlinked to ~/Maildir in order to keep courier-imap pop3d from breaking and to maintain my original qmail configuration and it works just fine, if what you stated was true, since ~/Maildir is outside the chroot jail of ~/IMAPdir it shouldn't work, but it does. Or (and this is highly probably) I could be totally missing what you're saying :). Or is my binc implementation not chroot? Hrm.
