at first glance nothing seems to be wrong with your picture...

I assume that imap is running if you do
svstat /service/imap

One possibility is that multilog is not in your path (of the supervise shell).
That would give you the file not found error. Try fully qualifying the multilog program.
Compare the script with other /service/<x>/log scripts you have...
Double check each parameter to multilog... if a parameter is being treated as a file it too could be "not found"...

This is not good: either /var/service/imap{,s}/log is down (test with
"svstat" on the directory) or these are not the log directories in the
log/run file. At a minimum, binc logs every connection and disconnection.
