I agree on what you are stating here, both for beginners and experienced users. What I personally prefer when I'm troubleshooting is to have a wizard-like behavior that narrows down my problem, giving me little tests to perform along the way.
If we can make the Wiki become such a wizard for troubleshooting, then I believe 80% of the problems can be solved offlist, which means there will be more happy Binc users. :-)
Could you please expand on your ideas for a wizard? What do you envision?
