Hi Johan,

Based on my experience selama di US, gue blom pernah di tanyain GPA.
Company bisa tentuin candidate dengan interview atau test.

Trend nya sekarang mereka contract based ato contract-to-hire
Let say. kalo selama 3 bulan candidate ga perform ok, mereka bisa keluarin 
kapan aja.. kalo ok.. mereka baru hire full time.

Note: Pada umumnya fresh graduate mereka kalau dari sekolah yang punya 
reputasi, biasanya company2 kasih kesempatan internship atau direct-hire..
