Okay! BTW, do you wish to continue using the 'Biobase' infix and top-level namespace? My personal opinion is that we should standardize on bioxxxx and Bio, in the name of consistency, as well as to try to eradicate personal ownership of code. I'd like to hear what you (both singular and pleural) think, though. Anyway, I just chunked out the PSL stuff, it's about as simple as it gets, but uses a similar (tab-separated words) format. > You factor out the XML part and then we check if we should put > everything into one library? Or should we try out having one library? Yep. I'm not going to hurry with this, I'll pick the low hanging fruit first. > ... I don't think so, there's been talk about it, but AFIAK, no action. -k -- If I haven't seen further, it is by standing in the footprints of giants _______________________________________________ Biohaskell mailing list Biohaskell@biohaskell.org http://malde.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/biohaskell
