On second thought, I'm not terribly attached to the bio-prefix for package names. I think it makes sense for biosff and biopsl since the rest is just a TLA, and easy to confuse with, say, the Standard Fax Format we all know and love. Nick wrote 'samtools', which probably is unambigous enough, it's up to you if you just call it 'infernal'. > I think many people are on holidays? Normally, I'd say that's no excuse, but I was in Scotland for a week with no internet, and not even phone coverage (for some reason, that ought to have worked). In many ways it was a relief, even if I had to put in some long hours this week. -k -- If I haven't seen further, it is by standing in the footprints of giants _______________________________________________ Biohaskell mailing list Biohaskell@biohaskell.org http://malde.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/biohaskell
