Ok, if nobody here objects, I'll switch to naming libraries according to this plan. Btw, "bio-infernal", "bioInfernal", or what? I'd say "bio-infernal" for easier readability. And then on the module level, you find Bio.Infernal which just re-exports, and otherwise Bio.Infernal.Something.(Im/Ex)port. In general, I happily accept these things, if we get a nice common name scheme out of it, which we seem to be doing. I'll however wait with renaming a few days and continue pushing updates using the current scheme, just to give other people a chance to comment -- I think many people are on holidays? > >Anyway, I just chunked out the PSL stuff, it's about as simple as it >gets, but uses a similar (tab-separated words) format. > >> You factor out the XML part and then we check if we should put >> everything into one library? Ok, then there will be BiobaseBLAST, later on I'll switch to bio-blast and we should have just that one library doing all the blast-related stuff with both your and mine code. Though I'll just wait a bit before publishing, maybe we have some comments before long -- and I have to finish up some other things, before anyway. > >> ...
