I claim this is silly. In terms of Bioinformatics most translation is DNA
representation --> Protein. Despite the fact that biology has a RNA
intermeadaite this is a meaningless wrinkle for 99% of use cases for
"translate" in terms of bioinformatics (which is interested in the
information flow, not the physical molecules)
Logical extension. You should do
RNA.add_methyl_cap(CapObject)
before allowing it to translate ;)
