You ain't kididng... when I was at a previous employer I had the chance
to take the seminar from Bill Walker (who co-authored the book). It was
great... He did the whole process of system sizing on the board. I think
the book makes it seem a little more difficult than it really is. The way
he showed me you can do it (the whole quanta/M value thing) on a bar
napkin.
Anyway... I still talk to the guy... Cool dude.
