Hi all, Sorry if this question sounds a bit silly:
But is it possible to use a not wireless VoIP phone (such as Aastra 9133i) in a non-wired environment? I am thinking maybe somehow attaching it to my wireless laptop but I dont know if my laptop would work the same as a router. So anyway of doing it or am I dreaming? ;) Thanks in advance. p.s. i am trying to experiment ;) as one of the working facilities where I work at does not any wiring whatsoever. so i am trying to save money instead of buying 100ft cable ;) p.s.s. ... and also I am aware that you can install a soft phone on the laptop ;) -- Alex Kovalenko Director of Operations www.VoIPGizmos.ca dba Kovasys Inc. 1155 Boulevard René-Lévesque O., Suite 2500 Montréal, QC H3B 2K4 tel: 514.907.3192 ext. 701 toll: 888.KOVAS4S fax: 514.227.5377 www.kovasys.com "Consultation et Recrutement en TI" "IT Consulting & Staffing"
