I wold stay away from both Rogers and Sympatico because of their port blocking. As for Rogers' speeds, according to their web site, the Extreme is 8Mbps down and 800Kbps up while Express is 7Mbps down and 512Kbps up. I didn't use to be 850Kbps up. It was much worse, 384Kbps...
