Agreed on the lite vs standard service, but I have to disagree on the dry 
loop.

yes, dry loops are possible and a little cheaper, but I personally really 
appreciate the need for a real hardline in business.  You can run your fax 
and security system on it, and with a cheap-ass Sipura ATA you have a 
backup/emergency line, too.

There are far more frivolous ways to spend $35/mo.
