I am searching for a service registering a DETAGGED .co.uk

I know some services witch ask for about $70 per year.
($70 even if no success)
But my client says, he does not want for a service where
"he does not know whether the guys are working or whether they are drinking beer"
(sorry for the poor translation)

But he offered instead to pay $200 in case of success, which seems a good offer.
(with 2 years registration term)

The domain was registered Oct 1999, since a few weeks I found it 'detagged',
without any nameservers.
