This section of code has been dropped in 0.70.  This translation is/was used 
if the computer does not support the C function strftime and nearly everyone 
does.

no, do not translate this.  If you do a 'make distclean' you will find that it 
goes away.  This file is the sum of all of the translation files for the 
particular language and is generated during compilation.
