Don't change the Blackbox NLS stuff here.  The correct NLS spec is
tr_TR, not just tr.  In this case, Mandrake would be in the wrong if it
doesn't support tr_TR, and only supports tr.

(Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the xx_XX notation specify country
and language, in that order?)
