Ah, but without a handle, a glass door looks like a window.  Bad
design.  I'm not necessarily saying i think that the current
[RightClick] on the titlebar should go away; that's up to Jeff and
Brad.  But the *visual affordance* of the button is fully half of
what's important:  If you don't know there's a door there, what good is
the door?

I catch your sarcasm, but on a serious note, it's not a particularly
good idea to reject good design simply because of it's apparent source.
