Hello Howard! Thanks for your advice on this problem.

Unfortunately, things have evolved to a point now where none of my
triggers work, for anything.

I have uninstalled Quicksilver entirely, removed all folders and files
pertaining to Quicksilver, restarted, fixed permissions and ran Disk
Utility (thinking that might do something), and reinstalled
Quicksilver. As before, the triggers work upon initial creation, but
on restart, they cease to function. And as I mentioned, the latest
development is now that *none* of them work, regardless of what folder
or app they are supposed to trigger. The triggers remain listed in my
Quicksilver triggers list, alas.

I can only assume this has something to do with the installation of
the new SATA drive, as I wrote about above.

Or, if the permissions to my trigger.plist file are not what they are
supposed to be, is there a way to remedy that? I am still using the
Quicksilver launcher to get to everything, but I have become so used
to the triggers I still can't help but invoke them! :)
