By "clean install," what exactly do you mean? Did you delete ~/Library/
Application Support/Quicksilver, ~/Library/Caches/Quicksilver, or
anything else along with the application file itself?

What plugins are you using? Have you installed any new ones recently?
Have you made any changes to your catalogue recently?
