I'm not sure if this may be related, as I never have used triggers for
opening web pages yet.

However, I use them for launching Applications, Apple Scripts and Menu
commands.
And sometimes suddenly, the triggers don't work any more.
When I then try to launch the corresponding script "by hand" with QS
it does not work either, because something in the catalogs seems to be
broken.
And a simple rebuild of the catalogs does not help then either.

So the only thing that helped me (and that's a little annoying to have
to do that) is closing QS, removing the caches as described in the FAQ
(http://qsapp.com/wiki/FAQ#Clearing_the_cache) and then rebuilding the
catalogs.
