I saw your lovequicksilver.com reply, thanks. Make sure the custom web search URL is bookmarked in Safari and cataloged by Quicksilver. The trigger should then start to work.
I created a web search trigger with an un-cataloged URL and it always failed on relaunch. As soon as I bookmarked the URL in Safari and rescanned the Safari Bookmarks catalog it started to work, even before relaunching. Hope this helps!
