ah yes, found that and works, also reminded me to update my File catalogues as 
hadn't done that since adding dropbox and now my append works as it can find 
the file !

the lesson for me is that i let a lot of QS slip as it seemed to be dying but 
having fun putting it back in to more use again !

as you say the key is having the item in the catalogue :)

Now if i could just stop the min-bezel always coming up on 2nd monitor....
