Next suggestion: follow the steps on this page<http://qsapp.com/wiki/FAQ#How_to_Quickly_Reset_Quicksilver_Settings>to reset QS and move files back until you find the problem. First of all, clearing caches might fix it right there. (Why? *Excellent* question. :) Caching is voodoo as far as I'm concerned.)
After that I would check Triggers.plist first, maybe just by renaming it but leaving everything else in place. If that fixes it, it would probably help if you posted your Triggers.plist so the devs can take a look at it. If Triggers.plist *isn't* the problem, then do the whole process properly and post whichever file turns out to be the problem.
