What about the alternate in-built send directly action whose icon is the QS
app icon? In my earlier machine, I used a send directly action that used
the topmost SMTP server in Mail.app preferences, but did not use the app
itself. In that case, the very first time I had to okay a dialog where QS
requested permission to use my keychain information, so I guess that QS was
sending the email itself.
