There are some mail accounts listed under “Mail, Contacts & Calendars”, but 
it’s clearly just pulling information from the prefs of various apps like Mail 
and Messages.

If you use a client other than Mail (like Sparrow or the Gmail web interface), 
I’m guessing the relevant places in System Preferences would be completely 
blank.
