The answer to this could be very simple, or it could be a bug. Not sure.
After enabling the Text Manipulation plugin, the Append To... action is
always the first one in the second pane, regardless of what's in the
first.
For example, after bringing up quicksilver, I type "ch" which brings up
Chrome in the first pane, and the second pane is Append To...
I tried reordering actions in the preferences:

Run is the first action, whereas Append To... is all the way down in 35.
Still, Append To... is always the first in the list when using QS.
How do I make Append To... the default when I enter text in the first
pane (after pressing the '.' key), but not when the item in the first
pane is a .app file or any other type of file?
