I know about the fact that the highest-ranked option is supposed to be default, but I have a similar issue.
I used "Make Link In..." a lot while setting up my computer with a fresh QS install. I did this by typing "L" for the action. However, typing "M" for action on a file actually defaults to "Make Link In..." now, instead of "Move To...". This happens even though "Move To..." is at rank 8, and "Make Link In..." at rank 335. "Retraining" by performing a bunch of "Move To..." actions using "M" hasn't worked. Shifting around the action order a bit hasn't worked either. Looking through the Quicksilver preferences, I haven't found a place where this behaviour might be stored.
