That is currently scary territory considering the udev reliance on kernel version. Updating a kernel *may* require a udev upgrade in some cases and a person with hotplug wouldn't want to just go to the udev page in the udev_update book and follow its instructions. But alas, this is speculation on my part because I never tried to take a trunk build and just update the kernel. -- Archaic Want control, education, and security from your operating system?
