Hrmm. That's a tough one. I can't say I recommend FSFS, unless... Trim
down the note to just be "bdb has problems. Clients don't need it. If
building a server more details can be found at [link to svn server
page]." Then put the more full description of the problem in the server
page where someone should know what FSFS means. That's the best I can
think of.
