We don't need it in dependencies.  ssh does not need to be built before
rsync.

In this case, I would prefer to put a paragraph or a note in the
configuration section.  A reference to ssh there would be apropriate.

Perhaps a link to an external refererence like
http://snow.nl/dist/xhtmlc/ch13s06.html#id2727465 or
http://samba.anu.edu.au/rsync/documentation.html
would also be reaonable.
