Yes, that is an option.  OTOH, using the transient version would be
easier for us.  It looks like it would only require a url change.

Looking at http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Main/SoftwareDownloads I think
that the 4.20a point release is the way to go until 4.21 is released.
