We're only adding extra stuff looking explicitly at filesystem
types.

And we haven't even formulated what we want in the floppy case, when it is impossible to look at fs type. My proposal (implemented in my example) is to set options good for vfat by defaut, and explain the issue in the comment.

Rationale: it is impossible to have one static fstab line with the "auto" filesystem type and proper mount options for both vfat and ext2.
