I thik right up from in the " Who Would Want to Read this Book" section
would be appropriate.

"As does the LFS book, this book targets Intel 32-bit architecture
(IA32) systems. Although many of the package instructions in this book
will work with other architectures, another project under the LFS
umbrella has been set up to address issues specific to other
architectures. The Cross-LFS project that is found at
http://trac.cross-lfs.org/ has been set up to address the issues of
multiple libraries (multilib) and installing Linux across different
architectures. Current supported platforms there include IA64, PowerPC,
MIPS, Sparc, and Alpha. The Cross-BLFS project,
http://cblfs.cross-lfs.org/index.php/Main_Page, is a Wiki based effort
to address architectures beyond IA32."

BTW, I edited the main page of CBLFS to read:

"Please don't add information from BLFS without acknowledging the
source. BLFS is copyrighted but copying is allowed with attribution."
