I'm lost with these changes. I'd bet for every time the zip
library is used, the (un)zip utils are used 20 times.

And how does pkg-config fit with programming? Just my take,
but programming is using a language to build a program,
library, or some utility that is used by an end user.

Pkg-config is a system utility used to find out if a package
exists on a system, where that package is located, and what
dependencies that package requires. How does that fit with
programming?
