I did not even bother to look, but odd numbered revs of anything
GNOME is typically development. Not to mention that updating GLib
means you should probably make comment in the GNOME section that
it is incompatible, and reference the version that builds with
GNOME that is in the book.

And there lies the conundrum with having everything in one book.
So many dependencies that updating even one package (GLib-GTK)
blows holes in much of the book.
