Last time I looked, .90, all of these were broken in some way. libvpx
required --enable-experimental (I forget what extended feature it
actually needed, something like ??tp in vp9), libpng won't work with the
apng patch, libjpeg_turbo was a no go, and ICU had multiple issues. I'm
building 100 now as per current instructions, but will go back and put
the system versions back in if these are fixed. I don't see anything
that fixes any of these bugs in the changelog, but if you have some
insight, I'd appreciate it.
