If only the mailserver was not so slow! I've just sent a reply with details of what I had and had not updated, and guessed that icu might be the problem. That (and other reported problems) was also why I did not update to icu58 - but I didn't want to question it if the problem was clearly elsewhere. Google is not finding many distros using icu 58.
