I recreated it (the original was temporary because I could see how
to change the sed), applied to 0.42.0 to check I was not telling
porkies about expecting it to apply (simples, just offset of 7),
rediffed so it will currently apply with 0 offset.

Without looking, no idea who to attribute the original sed to, so
I've just gone for 'BLFS'.
