Good Afternoon I just finished a battle with xorg-7.1. I have a VooDoo3 card and a LCD monitor. I install all the files except most of the drivers and when I finally got the x-windows to come up on display it would act normally until I went to change a window, example minimize a window, open a new window, then the system would lose all input from the keyboard and mouse and any item such as a clock on the desktop would stop displaying a continuous run. I am running kernel 2.6.13.1 and I have been building the system from the BLFS book for the last couple of months. What I am wondering is if there are any old libs that would cause something like this to happen. I reverted back to X11R6.9.0 and everything works like tickety-boo. Because of all the work in changing I feel I'll just stay with 6.9.0 unitl I redo the whole thing.. Having a fun time on the electon slide
