I'm using amd64 with a Core2 Laptop CPU. I've looked at the issue from several directions and I believe it's related to the newer version of zlib doing something in its optimizations that causes the issue. I haven't tested this since 2.7.7 came out and according to zlib's page, this was an issue fixed in 2.7.7, so I will be rebuilding today and I should know in a few hours if zlib-1.2.5+libxml2-2.7.7 fixes the issue for me. -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
