I have no idea why you wrote such story. I'll just answer the question. 
MesaLib 8.0 can be built against libdrm >= 2.4.34, but nouveau drivers 
MUST be disabled or build will fail. Use 
--with-dri-drivers="i915,i965,r200,radeon,swrast" 
--with-gallium-drivers="r300,r600,svga,swrast" when configuring MesaLib 
8.0.4 with newer libdrm.
