Probably less than 50 lines.  Start looking from the line that
explained what configure was testing for, and look down until you
get to the program fragment.

 Somewhere in that area it tried to compile / link / run a program
and got one or more error messages.

 It is probably running tests to find the size of size_t, but as far
as I can see you didn't paste the end of the configure output.
