It would not do any good at all, it would just create confusion. We could
add a note in the beginning of the book though (sorry I cannot provide a
chapter at the moment, not in front of my computer). By the way, just as a
correction (it was driving my crazy)... it is Configure, Make, and Make
install I believe. Please correct me if I am wrong.
