I know that you've been sending messages to that list for a while now. My thoughts on it is maybe they might have put in a new spam filter on their system. If you click on that link your messages should go through, this will be a one time thing. As long as you have your anti-virus updated then you shouldn't have any worries. Do you know anyone else that uses the same list,just ask them if they had the same thing happen to them.
