Hi list, Was reading over the new info on Open Book 8 and since I use the last version 7.20 with an HP/6300P legal size scanner, I was wondering if anyone on the list uses this particular scanner or could suggest a better one? It still works, but lately it is making some funny sounds. I also from time to time have to reinitialize the scanner for some reason this happens and when I go to use OB a message pops stating no scanner is detected... Also, I have to make sure the Prefetch folder is emptied out from time to time as another message pops up stating, not enough disk space available.
Can anyone offer any help on these matters? I am using xp pro, jaws 8.
